Job requirement

1, according to production needs and departmental arrangements, do a good job in the import of foreign crude oil; Do a good job of market research and forecast, master the supply of raw materials; Timely purchase of various types of oil products proposed in the production plan, so as to ensure both reasonable prices and quality.

2. Responsible for the trial confirmation and maritime declaration of foreign trade ships, and follow up the changes and requirements of maritime, customs and port policies on ships.

3. Responsible for the review and signing of various foreign trade contract terms, and complete the signing of supplementary agreements of contracts.

4, responsible for the preparation of document instructions, unloading instructions, responsible for dealing with the problem of document instructions, unloading instructions.

5, responsible for the preparation of import crude oil quota application data; Responsible for the registration, application and statistics of license system.

6. Responsible for the data maintenance of electronic port card for import customs clearance, customs declaration authorization, customs declaration and tax payment certificate.

7. Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of ships entering domestic trade; To be responsible for ship health inspection, entry and exit formalities.

8, responsible for the implementation of foreign crude oil import procedures; Responsible for the audit of trade documents and transport documents and the preparation of import declaration documents; To be responsible for the coordination and handling of import procedures for foreign trade ships.
