Zhenhua New Materials production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons butadiene rubber equipment was successfully put into operation

On June 30, 2020, Zhenhua New Materials (Dongying) Co., Ltd. obtained the property rights of the land and ground accessories of the former Shandong Chinachem New Materials Co., Ltd. in Dongying Port Economic Development Zone through judicial auction. Since July 2020, Zhenhua Petrochemical Company has strictly implemented safety management norms, and achieved the operation goals of energy saving and emission reduction, low cost and high efficiency through several program optimization and technology upgrading. After intensive comprehensive overhaul, the device that has been idle for a long time has been replaced with a new look and full of new vitality. On June 17, 2021, Zhenhua New Materials Company's first 50,000 tons/year production line of butadiene rubber was completed and put into production; The second 50,000 tons/year production line of butadiene rubber has been overhauled with high quality, efficiency and safety, and was completed on February 20, 2022, and put into operation smoothly. At present, Zhenhua New Materials Company has realized the double-line parallel of the first and second phase of the butadiene rubber device, and the annual output of butadiene rubber is expected to exceed 100,000 tons. The phoenix rose from the ashes and rose again. In recent years, the leaders of the Group have responded to the call of the state, actively started from idle bankrupt enterprises, accurately carried out targeted investment, revitalized stock resources, promoted the orderly and healthy development of the company and enterprises, and made efforts to contribute their own strength to the construction of green circular energy base.
