Flood control emergency drill

On July 18, Yatong Petrochemical carried out 2023 flood control emergency drill. The drill was conducted by Song Laigang, deputy general manager of production, and Gao Yuqun, safety officer of sulfur workshop. The drill consists of five groups: engineering rescue group, emergency response group, emergency rescue group, medical rescue group, fire extinguishing group, and a total of more than 60 people participated in the emergency drill.

The drill simulated the whole process from disaster prediction to emergency response. The drill content mainly includes: first, inspection and monitoring and danger report; 2. Start preplan and issue early warning; Third, departmental linkage, emergency rescue and disaster relief construction.

The drill simulated that due to the continuous heavy rain, the liquid level of the sewage tank in the sewage treatment plant increased, causing the oil in the tank to flow out, and the drill personnel immediately organized the containment of the low sump water level and the collection and treatment of the sewage oil. From the discovery of dangerous situations, command and decision-making, security, medical assistance, personnel placement, the whole process is tightly organized, the division of labor is clear, orderly, and finally control the leak point, collect the dirty oil, pump the dirty oil into the suction car for recovery, control the liquid level, and resume normal production.

The successful holding of this drill tested the actual combat ability of flood prevention and emergency work, tested the operability of flood prevention and emergency plans, effectively improved our company's ability to deal with flood disaster emergency rescue and disposal, tested the rapid response and coordination capabilities of various departments, and laid a solid foundation for comprehensively completing the company's flood prevention and emergency rescue work.
